John Harry Nugent Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2020, at the age of 80, John Harry Nugent (Butte, Montana), born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Mary; and his grandson Sean Nugent. He is survived by: his wife Leda Nugent of Butte; his children, Cathy Hanson (Kyle) of Kalispell and Pat Nugent (Gina) of Iowa; his grandchildren, Bill Nugent, Eric Huffman, Brad Huffman, Airika Nugent, Brittani Wiersma, Zachari Hanson, Michael Hanson, Victoria Hanson and Cyrus Hanson; and his siblings, Beatrice Malone (Dave) of New York, Paul Nugent (Joanne) of Massachusetts and Carol Campion of Maryland. He is also survived by his many dogs and cats.
John contributed to the establishment of the Montana Youth ChalleNGe program in Dillon and also served as the Executive Director of the Youth ChalleNGe Foundation.
