He was predeceased by: his wife Carrie; his parents, Minnie (Louie) and Clifford; his sister Diane Nixon (Ralph); his parents-in-law, Alma and Jerry Hickman; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Proctor and Brenda Prater (Tom).
He is survived by: his children, Nathan Hyndman (Amy) and Amanda Brown (Jason); his granddaughters, Clara and Samantha; his sister Kathy Neutz; his brothers-in-law, Robert Proctor and Myles Bailey; his cousins, Joann Carle (Bill) and Larry Malyevac (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Robin Dahlman, Jimmy Bailey, Eric Bailey (Lindy), Shelly Klebenow, Kim Ables, Heidi Moseley, Dana Hart (Ryan), Danielle Guillen (Steve), Laura Prater and Tammy Witherspoon (Rob); and his pet Wallie.
Memorials in John's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
