He is survived by: his close friend Harry Shaffer; his sister Martha Jean Plate (Carl) of Tuscaloosa; his children, James Uzlic of Butte, MT, Tami Sheffield of Layton, UT, Monica Talkington (Kenny) of Xenia, OH, Deann Johnson and Christen Gilman (Jim) of Butte, MT; his nieces, Susan Plate and Cindy London (John); his cousin John Stewart; and his grandchildren, Leisha Power (Darin), Jonathan, Joseph Sheffield, Isaiah, Maria Talkington and Tyler Jozovich.
