He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene P. Sullivan and Nellie A. Sullivan; his wife Patricia; his son Jim; his sister Jeannie; and his nephew Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Madeline Sullivan, Tim Sullivan and Mark Sullivan (Fran); his grandchildren, Megan Sullivan, Morgan Sullivan, Jasmine Sullivan, Shay Sullivan, Jeremy Jensen and Zach Jensen; and his siblings, Julie Barry (Frank) of Minneapolis, MN, Nellie Kudlow (late Edward), Dublin, Ireland and Jerry Sullivan (Kay).
