He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Martz of Butte; his daughters, Cindy Griffin of Walkerville and Cathy; his son-in-law Buzz Heston of Post Falls; his sons, James R. Martz of Butte and Timothy Martz of Divide; and his grandchildren, Heath Griffin, Jared, Amy Griffin, Stacy Carey, Jeremy, Aubree Carey, Jamie, Reed Smith, Jay Martz, Josh Martz, Janelle Martz, James, Cassidy Martz, Thomas Martz and Gia Martz. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
