He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenon Prokop and Stacy Prokop (Klapa); and his child Lukasz D. Prokop. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Prokop (Pudlo); and his brothers, Witold Prokop of Poland and Mariusz Prokop of Germany.
