He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Shirley Ann Haines. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Genevieve and Seth; his parents, Frank and Arlis; his father-in-law John (Kathryn); his siblings, Lisa (Andy), Lynda (Keith), Leslie (Dan) and Mitch; his brother-in-law John Michael (Kathleen); and his nieces and nephews, Josh, Dakota, Kelcie (Aaron), Karlie, Olivia "Ollie", Ian, Ethan, Jacob Gregory, Aaron, Niamh and Conor.
