He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Booth and Betty Carlson; his stepfather Vern Carlson; and his brother Jimmy Lacock. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lean; his children, Christy, Jason (Shelly) and Carrie Anne (Billy); his grandchildren, Tessa Arntson (Andy), Tyler Daum, Andrew Booth, Dominck Haney, Noah, Bradyn Sage and Dakota Talkington; his great grandchildren, Alaiya, Maxton and Andi Arntson; and his sister Carolyn Parker (Bret). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
