He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kochevar and Mildred Kochevar (Cor); his nephews, Dan Sullivan and Gary Sullivan; and his niece Debbie Paige.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia McGrath; his nephew Mike Sullivan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelynn Simpson (Tyler), Zach Sullivan, Ryan Sullivan, Elisha Keene (Charlie) and Travis Paige; and also, Sarah Sullivan, Charlotte, Hailey, Shandon, Aislynn and Arianna Garcia.
