He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bissell and Audrey Bissell (Mulholland); his wife Susan; and his sister Nancy (Vanek-Jones). He is survived by: his sisters, Karyl Jorgenson (Ernie) of Coeur, Alene and Linda Tregear (Wayne) of Butte. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
