She is survived by: her husband Ernest Kingsbury; her children, Robert Kingsbury (Julie), Carol Biggers (Bill), Karen Danylo (Mike) and Dani Steel (Matt); her grandchildren, Dawn Malone (Tom), Tricia Kingsbury, Thad Biggers (Marcia), Trent Biggers, Cory Biggers (Cassie), Kasey, Erin, Anna Steel and Alexander; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Wyatt Biggers, Maddie, Sarah Biggers, Will Kingsbury, Gavin Malone, Timber Biggers and Alexandria Kovensky; and her sister Mary Ellen Moe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Butte Carousel in Frances's name or to a charity of the donor's choice.
