He is survived by: his mother Rheta Valacheck; his wife Judy Dodge; his children, Natasha Hayes (Jeremy), Jeremy Dodge and Bridget Dodge; his grandchildren, Olivia, Destiny and Addysan Hayes; his siblings, Bert Dodge (Dana), Jack Dodge, Gary Dodge (Cindy) and Mike Dodge (Debbie); his mother-in-law Arlene Bailey; and his nephew Bill Ferko.
