He was predeceased by: his grandmother Teresa Ferrando; his parents, Frank H. Kelly and Pat Kelly; his sisters, Catherine Downing and Mary Kelly; his uncle Dominic; his aunt Dorothy Ferrando; and his nephew Andy Downing.
He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa (Snyder) and Frank Kelly (Sue); his nieces and nephews, Jim Snyder (Allie), Deann Snyder, Anne, Danny Downing, Matt Kelly (Andrea), John Kelly (Sheri) and Sarah Kennison; his cousin Mike Ferrando (Debbie); and his children, Anna and Anthony. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins.
