He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Costello and Katherine Costello (Thiemann); and his brother Ron Costello. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Costello; his sons, Tyler, Trista Costello, Tanner and Taylor Costello; his grandchildren, Christopher of Butte and Avery Costello of Butte; his parents-in-law, Lisa and Bruce Hayden of Stevensville; his brother-in-law Tom Hayden; and his siblings, Cheryl (Bill Madison), Susan Crooks, Stewart and George Costello. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and countless dear friends.
