He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hank Estabrook, Norm Partelow and Lorraine Bates; his aunt Sharon Johnston; and his uncles, Don Dwyer, Craig Johnston and Norm Partelow Jr..

He is survived by: his brother Brendan Estabrook; his fathers, Roger Estabrook and Kim Estabrook (Partelow); his wife Jenna Faroni of Butte; his children, Jayden Stevens, Maleah Faroni, Leighton Estabrook and Hudson Estabrook; his stepmother Beth Estabrook of Butte; his stepsiblings, Zach Pickle and Amanda Kuser; his sister-in-law Cali Reinke of Three Forks; his aunts and uncles, Rick, Tammy Estabrook, Sally Dwyer, Hal and Zanae Bates; and his grandmother Peggy Estabrook of Butte.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Chase may be made to the Chase Estabrook Memorial Fund at Opportunity Bank, 3401 Harrison Avenue, Butte, MT 59701 for the benefit of their children.
