He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Noonan and Sara L. Noonan; and his brothers, Ed and Larry. He is survived by: his siblings, Winifred Noonan, Sara Paul and Mark; his nieces and nephews, Pat Noonan, Dan Paul, Bryan Noonan, Andrea Bottorff, Kate Williamsen and Kelley Paul; and also Ed.
