He was predeceased by: his former wives, Alice Snodgrass and Ann; and his stepdaughter Audrey Snodgrass. He is survived by: his wife Jean Hodges; his children, Greg (Laura) of Summerville, SC, Mark (Teresa) of Bridger and Cheryl Bither (Mark) of Garden Ridge, TX; his stepchildren, Byron Snodgrass of Billings, Kim Hodges (Shelby) of Windsor, CO, Kip Hodges (Gail) of Bridger, Kirk Hodges of Billings and Kay Wallin (Tom) of Renton, WA; and his grandchildren, Kim, Tina, Jay, Michael, Mary, Patrick, Shane, Corey and Mathew. He is also survived by the many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's name will be welcomed by the Bridger Ambulance Service.

“I first met Frank 30 years ago when I began working at the Plant Materials Center in Bridger. I was only there at Bridger for about a year but I sure enjoyed working with and learning a thing or two from him. He was a good man and I wished that if I had been able to stay in Bridger, that Frank and I could have become really good friends. I am sorry for your loss. Loren St. John, Aberdeen, ID”
