She is survived by: her children, Joseph John Lewis (Cheyenne), Jacie Payton Jo, Kristina Irene Marie and Cedar Jane Mikkelsen; her cousin Jessica Renville (Parker); her granddaughter Avery Mikkelsen; her husband Lars Mikkelsen; her aunt Bernadine Pease of Billings, MT; her parents-in-law, Vigdis Nesgard (Kjell) of Tønsberg and Leif Erik Mikkelsen (Ingrid) of Oslo; and her brothers-in-law, Torgeir Mikkelsen (Marte), Nøtterøy and Norway. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.
