He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hackenberg and Susanna Hackenberg; his siblings, Rosemary West (Gene), Franklin Hackenberg and Al Hackenberg; and his brother-in-law Fred Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet Vizina; his daughters, Bonnie Arnstad (Jim) and Sherry Hoskin (Jim); and his grandchildren, Cullen Hoskin and Codi Peters (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
