He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gaffke and Florence Gaffke; his siblings, Kay, Mike, Tony, Harold and Patty; and his daughters, Laurie Gaffke, Kathy Blaisdell and Valerie Boylan.

He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jewett; and his sons, Mike Gaffke (Shelly) of Bozeman and Tony Gaffke (Joy) of Billings. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers or a memorial contribution, "Buy a Car" at J.C. Billion.
