He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Starner and Mildred Starner; and his daughter Susan Starner Plum. He is survived by: his son Tom Starner (Kelly Ann); his wife Barb; his daughter Jane Hall (Dave); his grandchildren, Gordon Hall, Stuart Hall, Savana, Joey and Bailey Starner; and his siblings, Dick and Joanne Taylor.
