He was predeceased by : his father George Jackson; his grandson Tyler Jackson; his great grandchild Cashton Erickson; his mother Mary Jackson; his brother Phil Jackson; his brother-in-law Doug Shaw; his sisters, Alvena Critchfield and Mary Leila Martin (Carl); and his sister-in-law Darlene Jackson.

He is survived by : his wife Rita; his children, Jeff Jackson (Susan), Troy Jackson (Tammy Kaario), Jody Cameron (Chad), Dana Jackson (Branson) and Chad Jackson; his brother-in-law Carl Martin; and his siblings, Arcylle Shaw (Doug), Robert Jackson (Linda) and Ed Jackson (Darlene).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Bible Church (3625 S 19th Ave, Bozeman, MT 59718).
