He was predeceased by: his sister Marlena Bajema. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Van Dyken; his children, Russell Van Dyken (Irminne), Katherine Milledge (Chris) and Heather Van Dyken; his grandsons, Oliver, Simon and Daniel Milledge; his father-in-law Herb Richards; and his brothers, Eugene Van Dyken (Jacque) and Theodore Van Dyken (Jean).
