He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Choe Noel and Helen Noel; and his brothers, Kenneth and Raymond.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Lee Devlin; and his children, Bob Noel (Lana), Vicki Orazem (Ed), Heather Nelson (Dick) and Dennis Noel (Laurie). He is also survived by many cousins and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
