With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Harlan Heckman (Bozeman, Montana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Heckman and Helen Heckman; his in-laws, Robert and Isabel Eastman; and his brothers-in-law, Seamus Neary and Gary Eastman.
He is survived by: his friend Marina; his cousin James Heckman (Kim); his wife Patty; his children, Molly Ybarra (Skyler) and Samuel Heckman (Lexi); his siblings, Dennis Heckman (Jeannie), Peter Heckman (Ruth) and Suzanne Wolf; his sister-in-law Lisa Gefroh (Myron); and his nieces and nephews, Jake Heckman, Spencer, Dakota Gefroh, Betsy Kersten and Katie Dimitri.
James was an organ donor, and his donation helped 2 people regain sight.
