He is survived by: his mother Terry Spinks; his wife Stacy; his stepdaughter Mia Fortner; his close friend Chewy; his sister Stacy Reimer (Bruce); his nephew Cody Spinks (Ashley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, David and Elizabeth; his nephew Collin Spinks (Vicky); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Araya and Annika; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keely, Terry and Maralee "Mary"; his nephew Caleb Spinks; his brother Jesse Ferris of Oregon; and also, Kyle Spinks (Mackenzie) and Brynlee. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Brian made it a personal tradition to work extra hours and donate a portion of his paycheck to buy winter clothes for children in local schools.
