He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Louie" Green and Hazel Green Sr. (Henderson); his stepmother Erla Green; his former wife Joan O'Dell; his wife Agnes Green (McLean); and his son Phillip "Paul" Green.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Sturdivant Black (James) and Cari Coldren Vaughn (Rex); his daughter-in-law Maria "Mary" Green; his sons, Mark "Andy" Green (Debra), Bruce Green-Clarksville (Melissa) and Martin "Lee" Green-Black Eagle; and his siblings, Carol Kummer and Michael "Mike" Green Sr. (Kathy). He is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 22 great-grandsons, 2 sisters and 3 brothers-in-law, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
