We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2021, at the age of 82, Wilma Crosby (Billings, Montana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Popp and Katherine Popp; and her children, David Crosby, Cheryl Smith (Shawn) and Kevin Crosby. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
