With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Kramer (Billings, Montana), who passed away on March 9, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kramer and Lydia Kramer (Foos); and his siblings, Donald Kramer and Joyce Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Janice Popp; his children, Rick, Kimberly Erickson (Mark), Karla Shay (Brent) and LeAnn Heiser (Rowdy); his brothers, Raymond (Sharon) and Douglas (Robyn); and his brother-in-law Duane Foltz. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
