He is survived by: his former wife Judith Wittman; his daughter Heidi Johnson of Laurel; his grandson Kyle Card; his wife Linda Johnson; his stepson Jason John Card; his grandson Travis; his sisters, June Johnson Matovich and Violet Joyce Johnson Pietz; and his sister-in-law Shirley Johnson of Sheridan, WY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
