He is survived by: his son Sean Thomas (Adrianne); his grandson Austin (Aleisha); his uncles, Jerry Cardwell (Laurel), Mike Cardwell (Judy) and Jack Cardwell (Diane); his siblings, Mark Cardwell (Mary) and Sheri Dede (Dick); his nieces and nephews, Matt (Leslie), Kyle, Taylor, Michael, Kevin (Bailey), Jeremy (Whitney), Ethan (Celina), Dylan, Scott-Thomas, Ada (Isaiah) and Heather; and his sisters-in-law, Dawn and Traci (Mark).
