He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florence Beall Louk and John Earl Louk; his daughter Tomisue Louk (Kevin Wilkinson); his stepgrandsons, Bo and Brek Wilkinson; his wife Joan; and his siblings, John Beall Louk and Harriett Louk Frank. He was also cherished by cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.

In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing and masks will required at the visitation and services.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
