She was predeceased by: her parents, Clorous Franks (Hubbell) and William Franks; her significant other Gene Buettner; and her siblings, Ronald Franks and Deborah.
She is survived by: her brothers, Floyd Franks (Lola) and Terry Franks (Sue); and her children, Kathy Phillips (Brian), Matthew Buettner and Chrystie Buettner. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many relatives, friends.
