It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Rowen (Billings, Montana), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Gerald and Mary Helen Rowen; and his brother Brent. He is survived by: his wife Julie Schneider of Billings; his children, Matthew of Fallbrook, Sean (Amanda) of Portland and Lisa of Denver, Colorado.; and his siblings, Valerie Rowen and Todd Rowen (Teresa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
