He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Amick and Marjorie Amick (Haynes); and his siblings, Jon Amick and Delores Wiese. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Flannery; his siblings, Marilyn Odland, Roger Amick and James Sathe; his sister-in-law Dawn Amick; his children, Michael Amick (Carol Mizera-Amick), Celia Carlson (Lowell), Patrick Amick (Stacey) and Elizabeth Maxwell (Steve); and his grandchildren, Anja Carlson, Joel Amick, Leslie Amick and Sean Amick.
