He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shandy and Anita Shandy (Parch); his siblings, Lucille, Todd, Billy and Lester; and his daughters, Mary Lou and Candice Elaine.
He is survived by: his former spouse Zona Dallman; his friend Judith Lee (Morgan); his wife Judy; his children, Del (Patti), Beth (Larry) and Bobbi Jo (Jay); and his grandchildren, J. D., Julia, Zach, Cameron, Collin, Tasha, Tyler, Brandon, Angel, Ashten, Zayne and Matthew. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
