We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Robert Franklin Shirley (Billings, Montana), born in Queen City, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Shirley and Isabel Shirley (Owens); his siblings, Lawrence, Keith, John Paul, Charles, Laura, Jean, Esther, Ruth, Stell and Joyce; and his spouse Shirley Ann Kintner. He was also cherished by his nine grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and all of his surviving family members.

“Our deepest sympathy to the family of Dr. Shirley. I enjoyed working with Dr. Shirley for several years. He was the only employer I worked for that said “thank you” at the end of every day with out fail. He once told me he looked for a long time to find a wife with the first name Shirley. I have many wonderful memories of Dr Shirley and I know the memories are a comfort to all of you too. I’m so sorry for your loss. Larry and Becky Carter Kielsmeier”
