He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Coulter and Elsie Coulter; and his brother Clyde Coulter. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Coulter (Caroline) and Sue Bleth (John); and his nieces and nephews, Heidi Jenkins (David), Darby Bleth, Wendy Miller (Scott), Matthew Coulter (Shelly) and Joshua Coulter (Jennifer). He is also survived by four grandnieces and seven grandnephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Heights Family Funeral Home (733 W Wicks Ln, Billings, MT 59105). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Lewistown City Cemetery.
