He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Kober and Sophia Kober (Reichert); his wife Trudy; and his children, Jeffrey, Linda, Rick and Mark.
He is survived by: his son David; his granddaughters, Cristin Smith (Trevor) and Savannah Kober (Jacob Womak); his daughters-in-law, Ginny Kober and Lynn Kober; and his great grandchild Trysten Smith.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (537 Grand Ave, Billings, MT 59101).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in his memory, honoring his appreciation for the church and all it gave to him.
