We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2021, at the age of 78, Richard Dilley of Billings, Montana, born in Seattle, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Henry Dilley and Rosa Mae Byrd Dilley; his sister Connie Glover; his wife Genevive Vermandel (Genny); his friend Roger Kephart; his son Otis Dilley (Kim) of Great Falls, MT; and his grandchildren, Shaylyn Dilley, Shelby Haworth, Chaz Dilley and Jordan Haworth. He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stillwater Hospice of Montana.
