She was predeceased by: her parents, Minerva Bonlyn Bowen and Charles Vernell "Curly" Russell; and her husband Walt. She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia and Rosalind; her children, Mike (Linea), Trish (Stephen) and Lisa; and her grandchildren, Erin (Chris), Kristin (Blake), Colin (Nancy), Daniel (Grace) and Sean (Estefania). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name to the DKG Alpha Alpha Scholarship fund or to the University of Montana would be met with gratitude.
