He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Hoyer and Clarice Hoyer (Lehr); his spouse Dikken (Fredrikke); his children, Jeff Hoyer, John Hoyer and Kristin Telkamp (Lee); and his grandchildren, Riley Hoyer, Devon Reeves (Chris), Jessica Herbst (Braden), Joe Telkamp (Candice), Simon, Kelby, Henry Telkamp, Nash, Ruby and Emma.
In observance of COVID restrictions this gathering will also be streamed to allow those unable to attend to share in this event.
