She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Lubenow (Wolford) and Herman Lubenow. She is survived by: her children, Tim Osman, Teresa Osman Kennedy (Bill Baldi), Trina White (Bill) and Thomas Osman (Scarlette). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
