It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merri Ann Shaffer Tracy in Billings, Montana, born in Roundup, Montana, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent Tracy; and her parents, Margaret Shaffer and Alfred Shaffer (AC). She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Schelle (Russ), Janice Novotny (Kris), Jacqueline Vokal (Ron) and Jody Tallbull (Beaver); her grandchildren, Alex Schelle, Aimee Schelle, Rachel Novotny, Chris Sheriff, Corey Sheriff, Autumn Lees, Michael Noyd, Cliff "Sonny" Steinmetz, Genna Best and Shannon Lopez; her brother James Shaffer; her former husband James Williams; and her daughter Jacque. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
