He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Carl and Elizabeth Brazel Styger. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Mae Schneidmiller; his children, Maureen Styger (Walter) and Maurice Styger III (Maury); and his grandchildren, Cherie Robbins (Eric), Candace Hartman (Aaron) and Curtis Bartel (Joy). He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
