He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Madisen, Tristen, Jamisen and Ashlen; his parents, Thomas and Valeree; his brother Reid (Jessica); his grandmother Maizie; his aunts and uncles, Randall (Linda), Jeffery (Michelle), Tyrone (Kristy), Troy, Sheryle (Michael), Judy (Bruce) and Suzette; his niece Emma; and also, Bill (Pat Long) and Brother Michael (Wiesla).
