We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2020, at the age of 89, Mary Frazier (Billings, Montana), born in Binghamton, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Frazier to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Nicander Frazier; her parents, Alice Steen (O'Brien) and Roy S. Steen; her stepmother Eleanor Steen (Stearns); and her sister Clarita Kennedy (Steen).
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Scott (Sheilah) of Billings, MT, Donald Norman (Julie) of New Bern, NC and Lisa Jane of Billings, MT; her grandchildren, Erik (Erica), Brian (Kristen), Jared (Sara), Laura and Ryanne Dunphy (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Benedict, Bishop, Landon and Tanner; her siblings, Thomas Steen (Jane), Nanette DiNardo, Nora Clifford (James) and Alan Steen; and her pet Nellie. She is also survived by her three children, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren as well as her two brothers, three sisters, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name, or to the Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Billings, Montana.
