She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyndall Barwick and Juanita Elizabeth Barwick (Witt); her husband James Franklin Carey; and her siblings, Lillian Markel and Pete Barwick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Leggett (Michael) of Phenix City, Terry Roundtree (Steve) of Worland and Linda Sawyer (Mark) of Basin, Wyoming. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
