He was predeceased by: his son Steven Peil. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Peil; his daughter Teresa Grayson (Brian); his grandchildren, Amanda and Isaiah; and his siblings, Shaaron Peil, Carl Peil (Pam), Jean McDermott (Gary), David Peil (Cathy), Mary Macrow (Mitch) and Grace Catoire (Duane).
