She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Siems and Grace Siems (Paul); her sisters, Gloria and Pat; her parents-in-law, Ada Heath Pitman and Alvin Pitman; and her brothers-in-law, George and Dan.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Lewis (Robin), Don Pitman (Tassie), Brad Pitman (Carmen) and Lura Pitman; her sister Dolores Leach; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Pitman (Billie) and Audrey Pitman. She is also survived by four children, nine grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
